No Returns or Refunds Policy

All purchases made through WonderHerb Naturals are final. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. This policy is in place to protect product safety, prevent contamination, and maintain quality assurance standards.

We kindly request that customers review their cart, product selection, and delivery information carefully before proceeding with payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect compared to your confirmed order

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a review, please provide:

  • Your valid order number
  • A copy or image of the invoice
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review. Once verified, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or corrective action at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Prescription-based products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and handed over to the courier. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Cancellation approval depends on processing status and is not guaranteed.
